industry for the past
25+ years. With the
experience of her past
positions as the
Operations Manager
Lauren has the depth of
knowledge to get the job
done on time with the
highest quality. Lauren
was a founder and
principal of Mosher
Design Services that was
acquired by Praegitzer
Industries and a founder
in e2E Corporation that
was acquired by Plexus
Corporation. She has
extensive experience in
technical operations
with a reputation for
being a great
communicator and an
efficient, knowledgeable
designer. Lauren
possesses the necessary
skills to direct the
operations of Freedom
CAD, with primary
emphasis on streamlining
operations and
implementing technical
and cost-saving
alternatives.
Louis Primmer, CEO,
Business Development &
Founder
Lou has extensive
experience in the
Printed Circuit board
service business
stemming from a firm
foundation of
electro-mechanical
design and PCB design
layout in his earlier
career. Having founded
and managed several
successful businesses
over the past 30 years
in this industry. Lou
was a partner and
founder in Alternate
Circuit Design
Technologies in 1985. He
was a principal owner in
Mosher Design Services
1995, a founder of e2E
Corporation in 2000 and
Co-founder in FCS in
2003. Through the
transition (merges and
acquisitions) of these
companies Lou held
positions in
manufacturing companies
associated with design
at Praegitzer Industries
and Plexus Corporation
as senior design manager
where he developed a
better understanding of
DFM. Lou’s current
responsibilities at Freedom
CAD Services, Inc. are
business development,
executive planning and
financial stability of FCS.
Scott Miller, Executive Vice
President
Scott brings a wealth of
knowledge and experience
to FCS with over 25+
years in the electronics
industry. His background
includes various
responsibilities with
DuPont/Berg Electronics
(now FCI),
Litton/Winchester and
Teradyne Connections
Systems. Scott has
developed an impressive
skill set including
Global Account
Management, Sales
Management and Product
Marketing. Previous
responsibilities at
Teradyne included
Project Manager, sales
and marketing of the
design, fabrication and
testing of leading edge
Backplane systems
including PCB design,
interconnection and
power distribution
systems. His knowledge extends to several areas
of manufacturing
including connector and
EMS assembly. In
addition, he has
assisted in the
development and
deployment of a number
of leading edge, high
performance interconnect
products.
