Louis Primmer

Chairman

Lou has extensive experience in the service industry stemming from a firm foundation of management, customer service, sales and marketing together with hands-on electro-mechanical/PCB design early in his career. Lou founded, co-founded and managed several successful design and manufacturing businesses in North America and offshore over the past 30 years. A partner, co-founder and Vice President at Alternate Circuit Design Technologies in 1985, Principal owner and Director of Mosher Design Services 1995, Co-founder and Director of e2E Corporation in 2000. Co-founder and Chairman of Freedom CAD in 2003 to present. Co-founded, Freedom CAD Services Ethiopia LLC, Chairman, Board of Directors. Ten years plus of International experience negotiating and partnering with Ethiopia, Mexico, China and India.

Lou’s responsibilities are executive and strategic planning, financial stability and business development. Lou is an entrepreneur, recognizing and negotiation opportunities in the service businesses.

Lauren Primmer

Member, Board of Directors

Lauren holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology. She has served as a Principal employee and Founder for several PCB design companies in our industry for the past 25+ years. With the experience of her past positions as the Operations Manager Lauren has the depth of knowledge to get the job done on time with the highest quality. Lauren was a founder and principal of Mosher Design Services that was acquired by Praegitzer Industries and a founder in e2E Corporation that was acquired by Plexus Corporation. She has extensive experience in technical operations with a reputation for being a great communicator and an efficient, knowledgeable designer. Lauren possesses the necessary skills to direct the operations of Freedom CAD, with primary emphasis on streamlining operations and implementing technical and cost-saving alternatives.

Brian White

President & CEO

Brian began his tenure at Freedom CAD Services in 2006, initially working in the IT department while concurrently developing and launching the company’s new corporate website. In 2007, Brian took on the challenge of growing and managing Freedom CAD’s manufacturing/prototyping business, a segment he helped grow into an integral part of the business over the next decade. Since then, Brian has served as the Director of Business & Compliance, and most recently the position of Executive Vice President.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Bryant University. He has amassed over 17 years of experience in the PCB Design and Manufacturing industry. Before joining Freedom CAD in 2006, Brian founded and operated a successful graphic and website design company, which naturally transitioned him into the IT field at Freedom CAD. He comes equipped with extensive expertise in project management, PCB manufacturing, information technology, new process implementation, and compliance.

In his current role, Brian is responsible for implementing and executing Freedom CAD’s strategy to be an industry leader in PCB Design and Engineering services. He is also responsible for ensuring the company’s adherence to applicable legal standards and the enforcement of company policies. He oversees ITAR compliance, ISO9001-2015 standards, best practices, and regulations across all facets and levels of the business.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Geron Meeks is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in finance, business, technology and law.  Having shifted his focus from legal to business over 20 years ago, he developed a keen interest in growing and scaling businesses.  He has substantial M&A experience and over 10 years of executive experience in private equity portfolio companies.

Geron has a deep passion for emerging technologies of all kinds.  That interest extends especially to the development and use of enterprise-level analytics and data to drive operational efficiency and excellence.   Geron is a highly entrepreneurial, forward-thinking executive who is always looking for ways to accelerate growth and enhance the customer experience.  He has a proven track record of delivering results and is widely respected for his strategic vision, leadership skills, and business acumen.

Patrick White

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Pat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and International Business from Southern New Hampshire University. After beginning his career with Freedom CAD, he spent 6 years as a PCB designer with a focus on supporting high speed, high density layouts for industries including Medical, Telecom, Data Storage, and Military, amongst others. Some of his current responsibilities include management of resources, compliance to company processes and procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction is met for quality, budget, and schedule. Pat has also been responsible for developing and implementing a training program for new employees.

Scott Miller

Chief Customer Officer (CCO)

Scott has over 37 years of experience in the electronics industry. His experience includes connector and printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly. His resume includes various responsibilities included Global Account Management, Sales Management and Product Marketing with Berg Electronics, Litton/Winchester and Teradyne Connections Systems, prior to joining Freedom CAD in 2004.

Donald Duncan

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Don has over 30 years in the electronics industry. His background includes industrial controls and design automation solutions designing products with DSP and embedded processors while working for Texas Instruments. He also has experience in the CM business working for Solectron Corporation. Assignments included improvement of manufacturing test processes, managing a New Product Introduction manufacturing line that supported existing and new customers, and creating a design team that worked as an extension of the customer’s engineering team. His experience also includes high speed signal design designing products with OC192 and InfiniBand technologies.

Rich Kluever

Director of Design Support Services

Rich has 30 years of experience in the circuit board manufacturing and design industry. After eight years supporting assembly on the manufacturing floor at IBM, he began specializing in new product introduction, especially design for manufacturing. After moving to Solectron, his DFM work was primarily done using Valor Trilogy. Rich was one of the key contributors to Solectron’s Trilogy development, deployment, and training. He co-authored Solectron’s design guidelines which were the ground rules for the Valor checks. He continued that work after Flextronics acquired Solectron. At Freedom CAD, Rich has brought his manufacturing experience to the PCB layout stage, helping to ensure high quality, manufacturable designs. Rich has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Engineering from Georgia Tech and the University of Wisconsin.
