We utilize well supported and high-end software suites including Altium Designer, Mentor Xpedition, Cadence Allegro & PADS as well as industry best simulation and design tools.

Freedom CAD is celebrating our twentieth anniversary and we are expanding our Engineering Services with a new emphasis on Electronic Product Development. We have 30+ designers and engineers and sell nationwide with offices in the Northeast, Southeast and West Coast.

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing the overall account relationship for assigned accounts by providing strategic service and support to the assigned customer base. Reports to Sales Director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

  • Working with internal and external resources, providing customer service, often facilitating the work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand and ensuring on-time delivery of orders.
  • Function as a key liaison between internal resources and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer data in our CRM tool; Zoho.
  • Responsible for ongoing Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction on assigned accounts.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.)

Education:

  • Required: Three years of experience in inside sales/customer support preferably of Technical Services.
  • Preferred: A four year degree.

Experience:

  • Required: A minimum of three years of experience in the electronics industry, including Technical Services, Electronic Product Development, PCB design, fabrication and manufacturing
  • Preferred: Prior experience in Inside sales in a technical services company with some knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Required: CRM Tools, Microsoft Office Suite\
  • Preferred: ZOHO Experience
