ODB++
ODB++ is an extended Gerber format originally developed by Valor Computerized Systems, Ltd. as a comprehensive and standardized format for the exchange of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing data. Unlike the traditional Gerber format, which primarily conveys image data for each layer of the PCB, ODB++ offers a more holistic approach by encapsulating a wide array of data essential for the PCB manufacturing process. This includes information on layer images, drill and mill data, netlists, component placement, test points, and more.
